  • Final designs provided to clients are for their specific project only and may not be replicated for other properties.

3. Service Engagement & Quotations

  • Validity: All quotations provided are valid for 15 to 30 days from the date of issue, after which they may be subject to revision based on material cost fluctuations.
  • Estimates: Initial quotes are estimates based on preliminary measurements. Final costs will be determined after on-site measurements and final material selection.

4. Payment Terms

  • Booking Amount: A non-refundable booking fee (typically 10%) is required to initiate the design phase.
  • Installments: Payments are typically divided into stages. Work for each stage will only commence once the respective payment is cleared.
  • Delays: Failure to make timely payments as per the agreed schedule may result in project delays or suspension of work.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth project execution, the client is responsible for:

  • Providing clear access to the site during working hours.
  • Ensuring basic amenities like electricity and water are available for the work.
  • Obtaining necessary permissions from building societies or local authorities.

6. Timeline and Delays

  • We strive to deliver projects within the estimated timeframe. However, timelines are subject to change due to site conditions or “Force Majeure” events.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Design Phase: The booking amount remains non-refundable once design work has started.
  • Production Phase: No refunds are provided for materials ordered or custom furniture already in production.

8. Warranty

  • We offer a warranty on workmanship and modular furniture for a specific period as mentioned in your project contract.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or natural wear and tear.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
